Another Gem From Samsung's Kitty

Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 SM-G7508 is a successor of 'Galaxy Mega' which is an another device by Samsung's kitty. It was announced in September, 2014. It hosts a huge screen, powerful processor, KitKat OS and a good camera specifications. It comes in a sales package with charger, battery, headset, user manual, warranty card and USB cable. It operates on 2G, 3G and 4G network frequencies and uses micro-SIM to work.

Display and Design

It is designed by using a bar format and its front dominates a large 6-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with 1280x720 pixels resolution, 16 Million display colors and 245ppi pixel density. It stands out in a crowd with its sheer good looks. Exact measurement of its dimensions has not been revealed by the company but like its other devices it is also expected to have slim body.

Processor and OS

Powered by the 1.5 GHz Quad Core processor, Exynos 4415 chipset and Mali-400 GPU, Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 SM-G7508 delivers a smooth app performance. It runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating system coupled with 1.5GB RAM to do multiple things at once.

Camera and Memory

For the photography, it comes equipped with a 8MP camera on the back with LED flash, digital zoom and auto-focus feature. It clicks at 3264x2448 pixels resolution and is also capable of recording full HD videos. At the front, it has got a 2.1MP camera for the quality selfies of 1600x1200 pixels resolution. For the storage purpose, it packs internal memory of up to 16GB which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

For the connectivity, this phone comes pre- loaded with services like GPRS, EDGE, NFC, GPS, Wi-Fi, USB Cable and Bluetooth. So you will never get bored with this device, it has a lot to do in an idle time. The day long working power to the device is provided by a Li-Ion 2800 mAh battery which promises a good talktime and standby time to its users.
