Samsung Galaxy S6 CDMA is a feature rich touch smartphone of Galaxy series launched by Samsung in April, 2015. It supports Nano SIM and 4G network. It comes with a variety of exciting features and shades. It is designed to beat its rival in the market. It is not only rich in specification but also carries rich look. It sports 5.1-inch display, Lollipop operating system, 3 GB RAM, 16 MP camera and a lot more. Let's explore its features briefly below:

Display and Design

The front of this beautiful device features a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen which has a display resolution of 2560x1440 pixels along with a display colors of 16 Million and pixel density of 576 ppi. To protect the screen from scratches, it has Corning Gorilla Glass 4 coating at front with TouchWiz UI. Its a slim and sleek device with a 6.9 mm thickness and its other dimensions includes 143.5 mm height and 70.6 mm width. It weighs at 140 grams.

Processor and OS

At the heart, it has Octa-core (Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & Quad-core 2.1 GHz Cortex-A57) processor with Exynos 7420 chipset and Mali-T760 GPU. It is paired with 3 GB RAM to provide enough space to the data that requires fast access. Yet, it provides smooth functioning of apps. The operating system used in this phone is a latest version 5.0 Lollipop OS.

Camera and Memory

For the photography, there is an amazing 16 MP primary camera which offers geo-tagging, optical image stabilization, auto HDR, Panorama, digital zoom, auto-focus, LED flash as its features. On the other hand, it packs 5 MP camera at the front panel for the selfies and video calling. The main camera also supports video recording of 2160p @ 30fps, 1080p @ 60fps, 720p @ 120fps. While, front camera sports full HD video only. Storage wise, it comes loaded with 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB versions of internal memory. It lacks microSD card slot.

Connectivity and Battery

The Samsung Galaxy S6 CDMA offers Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth v4.1, microUSB v2.0, NFC, EDGE, GPRS as its connectivity features. The battery ticking inside the phone to handle the day long usage is a non-removable Li-Ion 2550mAh battery which is rated to deliver maximum talktime of up to 23 hours (3G) and music playback time of up to 57 hours.

Shades and Price

The Samsung Galaxy S6 CDMA comes in three exciting color options including Black Sapphire, White Pearl and Gold Platinum. It holds a price tag of $800 which is around INR 50,000 (approximately).
