Samsung is a leading brand in an Indian market as well as in Global market. Samsung has entered into smart watches business and has launched three watches in this category. First is Samsung Gear Fit, Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo and now they launched its fourth watch Samsung Gear Live in collaboration with Google. Samsung Gear Live was released on June 25, 2014 along with another brand's watch LG G Watch.

It is compatible with all smartphones running on Android 4.3 Jellybean or higher. It has 1.63 curved super AMOLED touchscreen display and resolution of 320 x 320 pixels at 278 ppi of display index. It measures 37.9mm in height, 56.4 mm in width and 8.9mm in thickness. Just 59 gms in weight, it has a sleek design and body. The Gear Live has a compass, accelerometer, gyroscope and heart rate sensor which helps you to measure your heart rate. It has received IP67 certification for dust and water resistance so that you can keep it on when you wash your hands, do gardening or other works. It's outer body is made up of steel and users can change there strap as it comes with changeable strap. It comes with a variety of wallpaper and colors for you to set according to your wish.

It is powered by 1.2 GHz single core processor with MSM8226 chipset which is helpful for the processing of watch. It comes with 4 GB of internal storage and 512 MB of RAM. Packed in a Li-ion 300 mAh battery which delivers a typical usage time up to 1 day or 2 days. In terms of connectivity it supports for Bluetooth 4.0 LE (Bluetooth Low Energy Technology). It's notification system is based on Google New technology. This advance technology will help you to accept, respond, convert calls with the help of spoken commands given by users.
