The Samsung has announced another flip phone called Master 2G in May, 2014. The box contents includes handset, battery, charger, earphone, USB Cable, user manual and warranty card. The details of this phone are given below.

Design and Display

The Samsung Master 2G is a clam shell shaped device crafted from good quality materials in order to provide durability and reliability to the users. The metallic look of phone grabs attention of masses. It comes with a height of 112.5 mm, width of 57.5 mm and a thickness of 14.8 mm as its dimensions. The phone features a QVGA TFT display of 3-inches and alphanumeric keypad present below it. 

Software and Battery

The device runs on Proprietary operating system. The Samsung Master 2G comes equipped with a standard Li-Ion 1000 mAh battery to ensure better usage time

Telephony and Messaging

The device operates on 2G (GSM 800/1900 MHz) frequencies. The phonebook has the capacity to store an unlimited number of contacts. SMS (thread view), MMS and Email are some of the messaging and email facilities available for the device.

Camera and Connectivity

The device has a main camera of 3 MP with a digital zoom and provides a 2048x1536 resolution. On the connectivity front, it has GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth, USB port and hands-free connectivity. The Master 2G also comes pre-loaded with some of the games to play with.

Multimedia

The Samsung Master 2G has a music player and FM radio for the listening pleasure. It is also featured with a video player and recorder which offers a good quality sound and entertainment to the users. There is 3.5 mm audio jack available for the device.

The Samsung Master 2G is available in three color options: Metallic Silver, Montblanc Black and Red Wine.
