  • Mental and physical torture!

    Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Everything including service center and help line!

I had to give new w20 to service center because it came with defects , the service center agreed it to be defective but refused to give me Defective on Arrival Certificate even after 3 trips to them! finally gave the mobile for repair they kept it with them for a month and i received it without any repair done , gave it second time for repair and second time too after number of calls to service center and helpline finally after one more month got a call saying that mobile is repaired and when i went to pick it up the mobile had same complaints! 7 trips to the service center which is really far from my home and many many calls made to the service center and helpline i have been replaced the mobile but now i don't feel like using the new handset because what if this develops any defect, i don't have the energy to start all over again!!!
