Spice Mi410 Design and Build Quality

Conservatively designed, the Spice Mi-410 is about 10 mm thick and used with solid quality plastics. The front of the device looks similar to other Android devices, with the sensor, camera, ear-piece are along the top with the LED notification light. The 4.1” WVGA TFT LCD screen sits in the middle with the touch sensitive keys and mic on the bottom.

User Interface and Comfort to Use Spice Mi410

Android is its original form will greet you on the Mi-410. There is not a user interface such as TouchWiz over it. With stock Android, you will be confronted with a lot of black and grey colors. The music player will not have any equalizer settings.

Messaging and Emails

As an Android device, you will have access to text, multimedia, and emails on your deice. Your communication needs will all be met.

Gallery, Photo Viewer and Video Player

The standardized gallery will allow you to sort, view, and delete your photos. There is also a video player that will support playback of MP4, H.263, and H.264 formats. It lacks DivX support so you will not be able to play AVI files.

Spice Mi410 Music Player and FM Radio

When you put the music player in landscape mode, you will get a nice overflow mode. The user interface is organized well and audio quality is decent. MP3, WAV, and AAC+ file formats are all supported. There is also an FM radio that has a built in recorder function. You can listen to your favourite music station or record it to listen to later.

Spice Mi410 Still Camera and Image Quality

A 5MP auto-focus shooter with single LED flash will still give you poor images. There are plenty of features, but a lack of settings. For instance, only the color tone and brightness can be adjusted.

Video Camera and Video Quality

You can record videos with 720p at 30fps. This is only available in 3GP mode. The colors seem washed out when you use the video capture.

Spice Mi410 Connectivity Options

The device will hop on to a GSM 850, 1800, and 1900 MHz band or UMTS 900, 1900, and 2100 MHz band. There is Wi-fi tethering, a mini USB, and HDMI output. In addition, you have Bluetooth 3.0 support for transferring.

Web Browser and Applications

A WAP browser will allow you access to the web. With Google's Play store, you can download additional applications in their vast marketplace.

Google Maps and GPS

As an Android device, it is no wonder that the Mi-410 comes with Google Maps.
