The Spice Smart Flo Mi-403e is a dual SIM smartphone launched in June, 2015. It comes loaded with entry level features and falls in budget smartphone category. It features 4-inch screen, 256 MB RAM, 2 MP rear camera, Li-Ion 1400mAh battery. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. The main rivals of this smartphone are Intex Aqua V3, Micromax Bolt D200, Celkon Campus A35K 2GB and Karbonn A5 Turbo. It comes in a pack handset, battery, travel charger, earphone, USB cable and user manual.

Display and Design

The smartphone features 4-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen at front frame which has a display resolution of 800x480 pixels and pixel density of 233 ppi. It is also built with accelerometer and proximity sensor. Appearance wise, it has normal looks. There is not any eye-catching and impressing feature in the phone.

Processor and OS

Under the hood, it packs 1.0 GHz processor which is coupled to 256 MB RAM. The RAM unit is less but it is acceptable according to its price. The operating system version it used is also an older Android 4.4 KitKat.

Camera and Memory

On camera front, it comes equipped with 2 MP camera at back panel with LED flash. It provides a picture resolution of 1600x1200 pixels. The 1.3 MP camera is also there on the front panel to capture selfies though its quality is acceptable. For the storage purpose, it has 512 MB internal memory which can be further expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity features of the phone includes GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi network support and USB connectivity. It also has Bluetooth for the wireless data sharing. The battery ticking inside the phone is of 1400mAh unit which is rated to deliver 2G talktime of up to 5 hours and standby time of 48 hours.
