Swipe is a mobile manufacturing company that designs and develops cellular mobile phones since 2010. The company has announced two smartphones called the Konnect 4 and Konnect 4E in June, 2014. The box content includes a handset, charger, battery, headset, USB cable, user manual and a warranty card. Let's take a look at the specifications of this phone.

Design and Display

The Swipe Konnect 4 is a bar shaped device that not only looks good but even feels good to hold. It has got a height of 126mm, width of 63mm and a thickness of 9.4mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 120gms. The device flaunts a WVGA capacitive touchscreen of 4.0-inches with a 800x480 pixels resolution. It uses one glass solution technology and has the ability to display 16 Million colors.

Hardware and Software

The Swipe Konnect 4 is powered by a dual-core 1.0 GHz processor along with a RAM of 512 MB. The phone has enough power to handle apps and software's that are thrown on its way. It has an internal memory of 4 GB which can be expanded to another 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card. It runs on the Android v4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

Telephony and Messaging

This dual SIM phone operates on 2G (GSM 900/1800 MHz) and 3G (WCDMA 2100 MHz) network frequencies. The user can store a huge number of contacts in its phonebook memory. SMS, MMS and email are the messaging facilities available for the device which are featured with predictive text input for typing.

Camera

The Konnect 4 comes with a primary camera of 3.2 MP which provides a photo resolution of 2048x1536 pixels. The camera features a LED flash for low light conditions along with a digital zoom. The VGA front-facing camera is also there for video chatting purposes and takes 640x480 resolution selfies.

Connectivity and Battery

The networking and connectivity options loaded in the phone includes GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, micro USB, hands-free and Bluetooth. The GPS support is also there which offers you with navigation facilities. The device is powered by a Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery to provide the users a better usage time.

The Konnect 4 is available in a four striking shades which are Blue, Red, White and Black at a price tag of Rs 4,500 approx, may vary.
