TeXet is a UK based mobile manufacturing company which has introduced the TM-D45, a basic feature phone with dual SIM capabilities. It comes in a pack with a handset, charger, battery, USB cable, user manual and a warranty card. The TeXet TM-D45 is available in a single shade that is Silver. Let's take a look at the details of the phone.

Design and Display

The TeXet TM-D45 is a bar shaped device with gently curved edges. It has a height of 125mm, width of 52mm and thickness of 12.5mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 92 grams. The front of phone bears a 2.4-inches liquid crystal display with a 320x240 pixels resolution.

Memory

The external memory of TeXet TM-D45 can be extended up to 16 GB with the use of a micro SD card. The user can store a limited number of contacts to its phonebook memory. One can also store a counted number of SMS to the phone.

Telephony and Messaging

This dual SIM device operates on 2G (GSM) network frequencies. The call quality offered is good at all the times irrespective of the weather conditions. The TeXet TM-D45 is featured with SMS for messaging.

Camera

The phone has a primary camera of 1.3 MP which is featured with a digital zoom and captures 1280x1024 resolution pictures. Unfortunately, it does not have any secondary camera for video calling purposes.

Multimedia

The TeXet TM-D45 is featured with a FM radio, music and video player for the entertainment of users. There is a 3.5mm audio jack available for the device. It comes loaded with some of the games to play with.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity attributes of the device include EDGE, Bluetooth, USB port and hands-free. The TeXet TM-D45 comes equipped with a 2100 mAh battery which offers a talk-time up to 16 hours and stand-by time up to 1080 hours.
