The Videocon mobiles has released its new dual SIM smartphone in the market named as 'Z50 Pro' in August, 2014. It comes loaded with a 5-inch screen, 4GB internal memory, 5MP camera and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system. It comes in a pack with user manual, charger, battery, headset, data cable and warranty card. It comesin Black and White color option and it is priced at Rs.4,999 approximately.

Display and Dimensions

The Videocon Z50 Pro is designed by using a bar format and it packs a 5-inch FWVGA IPS touchscreen display along with a 480x854 pixels resolution. The screen resolution is good enough to provide you rich and clear view of texts and videos. As far as dimensions are concerned, it has a length of 144mm, a width of 73.3mm and a thickness of 8.6mm. The overall look of the phone is quite classy with its smooth curved edges.

Processor and OS

Inside the phone, resides a dual core processor that clocked at a 1.3GHz speed. It is coupled with a 512 MB RAM which is quite less but it is worth according to its price. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system which is an upgraded version of Ice Cream Sandwich.

Camera and Memory

The phone comes equipped with a good 5MP camera on the back with LED flash and digital zoom features. The highest resolution you can set for the pictures is 2592x1944 pixels. For the selfies and video calling, it is loaded with 2MP camera on the front panel. It also allows you to capture HD videos. In the terms of storage, it supports 4GB of internal memory along with a microSD card that supports up to 32GB of memory for additional storage.

Connectivity and Battery

The Videocon Z50 Pro comes powered by a Li-Ion 1800mAh battery. Connectivity features of the phone includes a Wi-Fi support, Bluetooth, USB port, GPS and it operates on 2G and 3G network frequency.
