Slim Smartphone With Attractive Design And Features

The thinnest smartphone 'Vivo V1' was announced in July, 2015. Supporting the 5 inch HD display, the main highlight of the device is 6.7 mm slim frame and the design facet gets highlighted with magnesium alloy body. It has a dual SIM support which allows you to use two services without the need to carry two mobiles at the same time. It is a 3G and 4G enabled handset gives you more download speed and a faster internet experience. The features and specifications of this smartphone is discussed below.

Display and Dimensions

The front of the device is dominated by a 5 inch IPS multi-touch display which provides a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. Its smooth touch offer a more interactive experience. The texts, videos and images look more clear and sharp. It flaunts a 16 million color depth. As far as dimensions are concerned, it holds a height of 143.3 mm, a width of 71 mm and a thickness of 6.78 mm. It carries a weight of 145 grams.

Processor and Operating System

It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad-core processor which works with the help of Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) chipset and Adreno 306 GPU. It is coupled with 2GB RAM which assures smooth functioning of the handset. It supports a customized FunTouch UI which is based on the Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system.

Camera and Storage

The smartphone is equipped with an impressive 13 MP shooter with auto-focus and LED flash for clicking low light pictures. It also poses a 5 MP front snapper which ensures good quality selfies and video chats. It comes loaded with a decent internal storage of 16 GB and allows the users to extend the memory to up to 128 GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

The Vivo V1 provides a wide range of connectivity features ranging from Bluetooth, EDGE, GPRS, 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi along with a micro-USB port. It also has the support of GPS for navigation. Vivo has included a 2300 mAh battery which is sufficient for one day usage.
