YxTel G007 got released in year 2013 in India. The device is featured with Dual SIM facility with Dual StandBy support. The smartphone comes with good looks, good features and low price value.

Design and Build Quality

YxTel G007 has a 138.8mm height, 72.9mm width and 11mm thickness as its dimensions. The front comprises of a 4.5 inches TFT display, that provide a resolution of 854x480 pixels. Beneath the screen, it has two soft touch buttons and one hard key in the middle. The phone has been equipped with a Li-Ion battery of 1400mAh, which is pretty good at this price.

User Interface and Comfort to Use

The configuration working under its hood is 1.2GHz Dual-Core processor and 4GB RAM. On the storage part, it has internal memory of 4GB and a microSD card up to 32GB. The phone runs on Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean Operating System.

Camera and Image Quality

YxTel G007 has a 2MP rear camera and 0.3MP front camera. The primary camera avails Zoom facility and provides a good resolution.

Connectivity Options

The phone has the support for both 2G and 3G networks. It has a connectivity option for Bluetooth, USB, EDGE, GPRS, Wi-Fi and Handsfree.

Other features

G007 has additional features like video player, music player, voice recorder, games and image viewer. built in online services like Facebook, Google Search, You Tube, Google talk etc have also been availed with the phone. The handset also has an analog TV, which runs DD channels without internet and Google Now app ( which is a Virtual Assistant).

It is available in White, Black and Pink colors at a price of Rs 4,075 approximately.

Verdict

The phone avails good configuration and clear display but falls short in terms of camera quality and 3G support. On the other hand, Micromax's Bolt, Nokia's Asha and Karbonn's A series in the market act as its competitors that provide better features.
