Zen has announced a new basic feature phone called the 'M10' in November, 2012. The handset comes in a pack with a charger, battery, earphone, USB cable, user manual and warranty card. Let's check out the phone in details below.

Design and Display

The Zen M10 is a simple phone with easy to use controls. This bar shaped device can easily fit into one's palm. The front panel of phone bears a QVGA display of 3.0-inches which provides a resolution of 320x240 pixels and an alphanumeric keypad. There are hard keys present on board which are smooth in functioning.

Memory

The external memory of phone can be increased up to 32 GB with the use of a micro SD card. The user can store a 1000 number of contacts to its phonebook memory. One can also store a counted number, that is 500 SMS to the phone.

Telephony and Messaging

The Zen M10 is a dual SIM device that operates on 2G (GSM 900/1800 MHz) network frequencies. The call quality offered is good at all the times. For messaging, the Zen M10 is featured with SMS service along with T9 dictionary in order to facilitate typing.

Camera

The Zen M10 comes equipped with a primary camera of 1.3 MP which is featured with a digital zoom and provides a resolution of 1280x1024 pixels. Unfortunately, the device does not have any secondary camera for video calling purposes.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity options available for the device includes GPRS, Bluetooth, USB port and hands-free connectivity. It comes packed with a Li-ion 1500 mAh battery which offers a talk-time up to 6 hours and stand-by time up to 250 hours.
