The Zen X9 is a basic feature phone with dual SIM capabilities. It comes in a pack with a charger, battery, hands-free, USB cable, user guide and a warranty card. The phone is discussed in detail below.

Design and Display

The Zen X9 is a bar shaped device which is easy to use and handle. The front panel of phone bears a TFT display of 1.8-inches which provides a resolution of 128x160 pixels and an alphanumeric keypad. It also features physical buttons which works efficiently and smoothly.

Telephony and Messaging

This dual SIM phone with dual standby operates on 2G (GSM 850/1900 MHz) network frequencies. For messaging, the phone is featured with SMS facility only. The call quality delivered is good at most of the times. The user can store a limited number of contacts to the phonebook memory.

Camera

The Zen X9 has a primary camera of 1.3 MP which is featured with a digital zoom and provides a photo resolution of 1280x1024 pixels. There is no secondary camera is available for video calling purpose.

Multimedia

The phone is featured with music player for the entertainment of the users. The FM radio is also there which gives uninterrupted and better signals. The user can watch favorite movies and videos with the help of an in-built video player. One can increase the external memory of phone up to 8 GB with the help of a micro SD card and store a large amount of data.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity options includes Bluetooth, USB port, GPRS and hands-free connectivity. It is fueled by a removable Li-Ion 1800 mAh battery which offers a good battery back up.
