ZTE Nubia Z9 Max is a flagship smartphone of the Nubia series of ZTE. It was announced in March 2015 along with another smartphone 'Nubia Z9 Mini'. The Z9 Max exudes a sense of style and sophistication. It is slated to release by the end of April, 2015. In appearance, it is quite similar to the Apple iPhone 6 and is more expensive than its sibling Z9 Mini. It comes with a 5.5-inch display, latest OS, microSD support, wonderful camera and power packed battery etc. Let's have a brief look of its specification below:

Display and Design

The front panel of the device adorns a large 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen which provides a display resolution of 1080x1920 pixels. It provides a true life clarity while watching videos, games, pictures etc. through the 401ppi pixel density and 16 Million color depth. It has a slim and sleek body by the measure of its thickness at 7.9mm. Its other dimensions includes 154.8mm height, 76.6mm width and 165 grams weight. It is crafted with metal frame and all glass back.

Processor and OS

It is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 Quad-core 2 GHz Cortex-A57). It is paired with 3GB RAM to handle its operations more efficiently. (3GB RAM is quite decent in this segment). While, running the device is a latest Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system which ensure new features and apps to the users.

Camera and Memory

The Z9 Max comes equipped with a 16MP camera at the back panel with auto-focus, LED flash features. The highest resolution one can set for the pictures is 5312x2988 pixels and one can also record video of 2160p @ 30 fps. It also packs 8MP camera at front for superb selfies and 1080p videos. For the storage purpose, it has 16GB internal memory which can be further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

The device offers Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth v4.1, microUSB v2.0, GPS and A-GPS as its connectivity attributes. For the backup, there is non-removable Li-Ion 2900mAh battery under the hood which promises a 3G talktime of up to 40 hours and standby time of around 666 hours.

Shades and Price

The ZTE Nubia Z9 Max comes in two color options including very common Black and White. It is priced at 2499 Chinese Yuan which is equal to INR. 25,289 approximately.
