Philips Launches W8355 Android Smartphone
Philip is launching a new smartphone, Philips W8355 with a large display. The phone looks like Samsung Galaxy Grand i9082 smartphoe. It packs a 5.3-inch touchscreen display with 960 x 540 pixels resolution, a 5MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and is spotted on the Bluetooth SIG. This dual-SIM, Android based handset will run on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich Operating System, instead of Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.
The Philips W8355 boasts a 1GHz dual-core processor and 512MB RAM. The dimensions of phone are 147.6 x 79 x 10.9 mm. New Philips W8355 Android smartphone is expected to be available in China, but price is yet not decided.
