Nokia X Android Smartphone Launched in India for Rs 8599

Nokia has finally launched the much-awaited Android smartphone Nokia X in India today for Rs 8599 . The phone was recently unleashed at the Mobile World Congress 2014 in Barcelona, Spain. The phone is powered by a dual-core 1GHz Cortex A5 processor with 512MB of RAM. For Graphics, the phone is equipped with Adreno 203 GPU. The internal memory of the phone is 4GB, which can further be expanded with the help of a memory card up to 32GB (microSD). The primary camera of Nokia X Dual SIM is 3.15 MP with a photo resolution of 2048x1536 pixels. Some of the camera features of this Android smartphone are Auto and manual white balance, Active toolbar, Still image editor, Face recognition, Auto exposure, Center weighted auto exposure and panorama lens.

The screen size of Nokia X is 4-inch with a display resolution of 800x480 pixels and the pixel per inch density is 233ppi. The phone is equipped with a 1500mAh battery with company claimed talk-time of 13.3 hours and maximum stand-by time of 408 hours. The OS of the phone is Nokia X Platform, which is based on the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Nokia X is available in six eye-catching shades: Bright Green, Bright Red, Cyan, Yellow, Black and White. The connectivity options include: GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, USB and Bluetooth. The dimensions of Nokia X are 115.5mm x 63mm x 10.4mm and the weight of the phone is 128.7 grams.
